Sonoma at Viera is a gated community of 384 homesites in the northern part of Viera West, just south of Summer Lakes, with palm-lined streets and many homes carrying a Rockledge mailing address. Homes were built by Lennar and Burgoon-Berger on lots from about 75 to 130 feet wide, and many look out over the community’s lakes.
