Single-Family Homes
In August 2026, Brevard County’s median single-family home sale price rose 1.7% from August 2025 to $376,018, and 853 homes sold (down 4.2%). Homes sold faster, with a median of 40 days on market versus 54 a year earlier, and inventory stood at 3.5 months of supply, down from 4.5.
Condos & Townhomes
In August 2026, Brevard County’s median condo and townhome sale price rose 1.9% from August 2025 to $270,000, and 214 units sold (up 10.9%). Condos and townhomes sold faster, with a median of 61 days on market versus 79 a year earlier, and inventory stood at 5.8 months of supply, down from 8.0.
